I ordered and bought the last of the 1.5 STs. Wouldn't touch this 1.0 ST - not a chance.

I’ve got the St line Vignale. Seems like they’ve dropped that spec in the facelift model.

Love your vids Sam….. I am knocking on now …. Have had Fiesta STs … Focus STs etc etc ….. just a normal guy , just spent 2 years in a Puma Vignale …. Just ordered a Puma ST 1.0 Auto …. Love the Puma ….. something about an ST Ford ….. maybe just me but they do know how to make a drivers car 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼…. Keep the vids comolng 👍🏼

I also feel that they may not be the same should everything go electric. Many congrats on your 1.0ltre ST its a great car and I am sure you will enjoy it when it arrives 🎉

Had my eye on a 23 plate Puma Vignale too, loaded with everything. Same price as this facefilted ST.

Don’t you have to drive a hybrid regular or you get a flat battery?

I'm not aware of this from my experience but I'll look into it to see if that is the case. I don't see why you would have to drive a hybrid anymore than a normal ICE but I'll see if I can ask Ford about this 👍

I've been driving MHEV's for 4 years, also through Covid and only once did the normal battery go, and that was because it stay outside the house for 6 months. There are not hybrids, they do not have enough grunt to drive the wheels. just power the accessories etc.

The puma is certainly not a drivers car,doesnt feel very quick and strange handling aspect. Alot of people do like them though even so.If your a petrolhead then avoid it as its very boring. I really dont know why ford even put an ST badge on it.Far better off buying a low mileage late fiesta instead. Much better car.

The 1.5 Puma ST is excellent and plenty quick enough for UK roads.

i think that ford's decision to get rid of their bread-and-butter cars (fiesta and focus) as well as their enthusiast cars will come to bite them on the arse in years to come. I reckon they will launch a new fiesta replacement within the next 6 years, cars like the new Renault 5 EV are already selling fast. Ford don't seem to know their place in the market anymore, they're trying to compete with high-tier brands with these SUV's but it just won't work in my honest opinion.

Yes it sure is expensive! Particularly when Pre-facelift cars can be had for under 20k only a few years old 🤔

Really are ford actually fading out petrol cars completely!!! 1.0 170bhp & yes that amazing bhp for a 1.0 but come on the 1.5 was awesome so I won't be buying one of these!!!😬 I've had over the last 10 year's about 5 different St car's from ford but its looking like I won't be buy another ford ever again if this is how they are going!!!😢 Nice video young man!!👌🏻👍🏻 Shame tho about how ford are going down this route just like vauxhall back in the day you could get every model either a GSI or VXR them day's are well & truly gone another reason why I wont even be buying a Vauxhall ever again either & ive had a few of them too!!!😢

Seriously what is going on with Ford No more fiesta & yes a new puma but only 1.0 & 170bhp & no choice of the 1.5 anymore well I won't be going for one of these now I know this!!! And I'm assuming that they will also stop making the Focus next & then no more St as well!!!🤬🥺🤔🤷🏼‍♂️😬 Nice video young man!!👌🏻👍🏻

The old Puma looks far better, this facelift makes it look too feminine, I got a grey ST-Line X and I love it.

As a previous owner of a Ford Puma coupe, since Ford used the Puma name on this pile of **** I will never ever buy a Ford again.

Ford are obviously dumping the fiesta and focus so they don’t get the new dashboard so the puma is going to be the ford flagship but I’ve had them all and out of all 3 the puma is the least inspiring to drive the focus is by far the best out the trio for drive ability followed by the fiesta and I hope for customers that ford have solved the ecoboost problems with snapping timing belts because of crazy stupid wet belt system degradation of the belt system terrible engine😮 whoever invented that engine I bet doesn’t work for ford anymore😂
