"Just do it" - Why didn't we think of that? Probably because nobody can afford to buy on this island now that it's overwhelmed by investors, greedy locals and impossible prices. Isn't it incredible that a run down shack can be on the market for 200,000 euros? The island is ruined with zero possibility of the native islanders even being able to buy a home let alone land.

We recognise the cost of living crisis in the Balearics, a challenge that many popular destinations around the world face as their communities grow.
