@@CLVS shoes at the thrift were not "given"....they sold them to them shop with no checks....the idea with Facebook market place is to meet sellers directly and cut the middle man(thrift shop)...Seth knows how to spot a fake

Business is Business im definitely surprised but they just might be indifferent or unaware or supportive of it. If you think about it thrifting in general is finding good products for cheap people aren't just targeting high value shoes its kinda everything.

Hey Seth! First of all, LOVE this series. I look forward to episodes every week. As far as feed back goes, one thing could be not doing the voiceover for the store footage and the narrative afterwards in the car? I don’t hate it, but it does get a little repetitive to discuss each shoe/store experience twice if that makes sense? I would also echo what others are saying about adding FB marketplace to your search. Only comes as feedback from someone who loves the series and your content! Keep up the good work Seth!

You might want to check the mens leather dress shoes. John Lobbs, Allen Edmonds, Aldens, Red Wings etc probably have great value

For scuff stains that Magic Erasers can't get out, I use a little WD40 and brush it out, and then just scurb it with shoe cleaner after to get rid of the oily residue from the WD40.

Plato's Closet is no joke when it comes to finding unexpected gems of shoes, like a pair of brand new Adidas I-5923s in a size 10.5 that I picked up lol even had the adidas tag on them still lmao keep it up man!

because of you i started looking at platos closet and caught a steal. A slightly worn pair of university red dunk low (st johns dunks) for $50. bought and got them legit checked, came back real. sold on GOAt for $300...come up!

The soccer cleat was a Nike Neymar Hypervenom for Astroturf. It’s a good cleat, if you get it for cheap there might be profit.

I’m a year late but I’m intrested in old 80s basketball shoes that would be cool sneakers now but Nike never remade them, I did some researching and those old sneakers you found are called court forces, those were old 80s basketball shoes, and in really good condition too. Definitely should’ve picked them up
