the reason they didn’t put the outlaw in the kuronami pack is because when you reload 2 bullets with the outlaw it makes a special metal clink noise that doesn’t happen when you reload 1, riot wants people to get used to the sounds of the outlaw before they make cool skins for it

The un upgraded melee looks kind of cool. He forgot to mention that the level 2 spin animation speeds up when you spam the inspect.

16:00 I don't see the problem with this? The bots dont have shields so they will be one shot that's the point of the gun, the marshal also one shots on body with no shields. The guardian also has a run speed of 5.4 and is high impact, same as outlaw and its cheaper. Imo they need to reduce the price of the bulldog and guardian by 150 credits to give them some space between the specter/ares and the outlaw. Bucky right click also needs to be buffed.

What u didnt actually showcase is apparently the spin of the melee inspect actually gets faster the more u spam the inspect button. Just a pretty cool thing.

I do think the outlaw is crazy good, but that's for its price. I can definitely see this having a HUGE impact on economy in the game, people are gonna be way more likely to buy this when the enemy is on eco since it's basically just a faster operator at that point, and people on econ are probably gonna buy half shields way less, they prob will got full armour or none, in fact the half shield meta in the pro scene might be lowkey dead now. I think overall it's quite situational and the reload takes a bit too long, it would be hard to clutch with it I guess, but still I think the price should definitely increase. The wall pen on it is also kinda broken.

From a business perspective, they deliberately didn’t include outlaw skin neither in bundle nor in battle pass. They know for a fact that anyone who maintains event a decent collection of skins will most likely buy the new outlaw skin otherwise it would look awkward for not having any skins for outlaw and that plain weapon will give them anxiety so eventually they will end up buying that throwback bundle which has no animation and same old boring skin line.

the spray for the kuronami means the kanji 'water'. kuronami means 'blackwave'

the nerf for the outlaw in and of itself is the reload time and very limited magazine (two bullets), however if you exploit the dynamic reload with one bullet at a time it definitely could be more annoying. the outlaw is definitely a more balanced weapon then some people may see, as it does have a steep pricetag compared to the marshal, and with a few setbacks. In contrast to the marshal, the hipfire is not exploitable due to its error. And, to add on to all that, its still one shot to the head, regardless of which sniper you use. From what can be observed, overall, very good weapon

changes they really need to make: reduce the cost of the bulldog to 1950, and the guardian to 2100, and then increase the outlaw to 2600, add a new sidearm between the classic and shorty considering the price increase, decrease the outlaw dmg to 120-124 on body from 144-148, and add a new shield which could be 10-15 shield, increase the cost of half shield to 500-600 and keep the price of this new one at 200-400. they also need to give chamber both of his TPs back, decrease damage on his deagle but bring back the 2 traps, with just a bit smaller connect distance, and the distance between the TPs and to TP could both be reduced, and they need to make his op just around 10% faster imo, its around the middle of the speed between his old op and the normal op. they really should give jett her 2nd smoke back, and make it 3 seconds. i usually have more ideas for changes but its basically just restoring all nerfed agents back to how they were, with some adjustments

I think you're not completely wrong about outlaw that it needs a nerf a little bit. Most awkward thing for me that it's high penetration like OP, Odin, Sheriff and Ares it doesn't make sense to me. There are clips that it could destroy KJ ult trow a wall with 3 shots and there is not damage fall off so far i know..

They really shouldn't increase the prices of their skins and stick to the usual or lower it since they haven't even added anything significant to the game for a while now. And to people saying If you're broke then don't buy it I have bought a lot of skins and for me it's really not worth it. I mean the neo frontier is probably the best bundle they have released and it has custom animations and it only cost 2100 vp. Not this mix match from other bundles that is not really that unique since we have seen animations like this from the reaver and such.

I saw the original leak like a week or two ago for kuronami and was originally gonna buy the knife, but then I saw the leak of the animation and then I got the ruyi staff in my store, didn't realise how underrated ruyi staff is, it has music like how come no one told me that lol. My account is still gonna suffer though two guns from this collection cost like more than the whole ass ruyi staff I bought lmaoo.

Its not high impact, it has high penetration. A sniper should have higher penetration of than a rifle and shotgun
