we tried that here in canada when target got to our area. my rc was $5 grand. I had to call the cops and charge the employee with theft over $5 grand. I've never understood why some people refuse the service. Cause tbh this seems like a very useful tool for someone who may be physically disabled and may not be able to get around much. And because of how much it costs to get food delivered to your house, I feel it's a smart and efficient way to help people get the small items that they need from like a grocery store or gas station. Well yeah you can stop an RC car but you’re not supposed to stop an actual person as a regular employee because it can become an altercation and endanger you. That’s not to say that target just lets shoplifters get off easy. Target is notorious for tracking absolutely everything going on in the store. They create reports with camera footage from multiple incidences on their internal system. They’ll seek you out if it was enough product to be worth it to them.

Home girl should have escorted the car. Assisted.. gone thru self checkout with it.. bought the can with the money and put the can back in the car and escorted it out. The store manager who didn’t appreciate a camera in the store, could have just escorted the car out of the store, and told it to go home. But taking it and taping the over the camera is messed up….
