Yes, JVC is over crowded and not sure if so many upcoming units can be absorbed by Ens users... Dubai South is good and could be the prospective investment location for next few years

Well, the reason why you bought in JVC even though after you saw the analysis of the area is its distress deal. There are no other better reasons. Generally there are enough much more better districts to invest in but again the only attractive thing about this deal is its much more cheaper than the market price.( which is rare) I am a property consultant and I wish you good luck 👍

yes, exactly right. the price was too attractive for a developer like Ellington.

Re dubai hills estate, you mentioned that there's no future plans for a metro station however, on the DDA gov website, it shows there is plans for this near the hills mall.. If that were true, what kind of appreciation does that have for properties in dubai generally? I.e. Being within a 5-10 in walk of a metro station?

I would say pretty decent appreciation, especially when the whole master plan is completed - that would be my next area to invest in.

Yep, you use a payment link and they send all required documents via DHL

Hello Vijay, Yes everything will be done through a Zoom call so we can explain everything about the project and payment plan and everything will be done virtually. We offer a 4 night stay to our Clients if he buy a property so he can come see the area and do the paperwork.
