In TX, when the 2nd floor has open space it's usually meant to be a game area (some with an attached media room, some with a wet bar). Also, the owner's suite/master bedroom is usually on the 1st floor. For lighting, avoid North facing homes as they will not get sunlight year round (that can be a good thing for summer months depending on your preference).

This gave me all the flashbacks to when my husband & kids went searching for our dream home. We built from the ground up, so we had a different process, but the excitement was all the same. We started off just looking at homes just like y’all & gradually moved towards the building process. 😊I loved all of these homes!

Love the house hunting, 2 stories home work better once baby comes in, the room in the house runs out quick once you have your little blessing. And the ressatessa story had me on lock I watched the whole 50 episodes on my 8 hour shift on Presidents’ Day 🤣🤣😂 it was good, needs to be a lifetime movie

You too are sooo cute 😊! I know what you mean about feeling younger. I’m about to be 61 (by God’s grace) and I still feel like I’m between 35-40🥰 and train at the gym with my 4 adult children. So keep that spirit up and all the best for your house hunting🤲🏾🙏🏾💕

Hello 👋🏽 cousins Brent and Mir. You guys are still young but that will change as long as the Lord allows you to live. When I moved to my first apartment in DFW area I was 33. It was a 2nd floor unit I wasn't thrilled but it only had one staircase to get to my front door other units had two staircases. I have purchased two homes 🏡 and both have been 1 story single family homes 🏡 right up my alley. As we age it will become more difficult on the joints to climb stairs it's just a given. Mir, I return my amazon purchases to Kohl's department store just FYI

I agree with feeling like there’s lots of unused space in 2 story homes! For safety reasons we don’t like the idea of the owners suite on the first floor and the kids rooms on the second floor, especially while kids are little. We’d have a hard time getting our toddler to go to sleep that far away without being scared

I luvvvvv the second house omg that front bedroom can be for guest with that bathroom it's perfect.. The light coming in the living room omg, the kitchen is for most womens dream,I luv it... Your master bedroom with all that light, the bath 😮😮 His and hers sink and a seperate vanity... the backyard I have no words, it's the bomb.. I'm sorry but I have 2 children (the grown now lol) but there's no such thing as "dead space" you can have "Her space/Lady lair" and his space "Man cave" it's sweet to have a separate play rooms for the kids as well so their bedroom won't be a mess lol and honestly if there's toys are in their room 👀 in the night time while y'all sleeping they start playing 😂 I say house #2.. Sorry for the essay guys 😂😂😂 Happy Hunting and stop counting on a boy, next thing you know you have twins or triplets 🙊🙉🙈 Luv you guys

I watched the whole thing, girl. I felt what she went through! She definitely overlooked a whole lot of red flags! But, in the end she was able to get out alive, and well. Thank God she didn’t have his child! That would be a nightmare! I would never wish a miscarriage on anyone! I hope her story really does opens the 👀 of women out all over the world 🌎!
