We finally found our RV after a month of searching! We settled on this 1997 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, PACKED with all new gear to get us on the road. Watch this episode to see the inside and all the extra stuff we got with it.
We are Lance, Emily and Austin, a British/Australian couple living out our dream of travelling the USA in our own motorhome. Follow along as we search for, buy and travel in our new home. Our journey so far has taken us up and down California, into Nevada and down to Arizona. We hope to hit all 50 states over the course of the next few years, so join us as we explore this awesome country!

Yes it is quite big, but it didn't take long to get used to it! We felt once the baby had arrived, it was the perfect time for us to just go and do it! Its been one of our best decisions ever! 🥰

We couldn't travel without it! It's called a Doona and makes life so easy, no need to carry multiple car seats and strollers. 🙏

u guys did good as we are looking to do the same thing 10k is our limit and im sure we can find somthing just as nice as this. word from the wise ! make sure its rock solid start replacing the alternator starter fuel pump plugs wires oil change tranny change even if it dosent need any of that stuff do it over time ofcorse cuz this is gonna be your full time home ya just dont know it yet.

I would suggest trying the mild Rotel,it has all the flavor with less bite !

And with the fleetwood pacearrow rvs they are the nicest ones and if you ever need a part replaced fleetwood/Rev group builds 99percent of thir rvs in house so if you ever need a part say cabinet door call the factory and they build it right there and replace really fast and with pace arrows rv they last along time this is one of these rvs out there you can buy either brand new or used they very popular along with the bounder 2 best popular rvs fleetwood/Rev group owns

You get used to driving it after a while! We have been through Tahoe in our Reno video but only for one night and not in the RV yet. We really liked it and would love to go back! ❤️

What year is that Pace Arrow? What kind of gas mileage does that bad boy get? How exciting! Bubba approves of it too. He’s such a happy baby. Well, at least on camera 😂.

Its a 97 and its a V10, so gas mileage is not its strong point 😂 On first calculation it was 7 mpg, then after some uphill/harder driving we saw 5.9, so quickly stopped playing the mpg calculation game 😂😂 Bubba loves it in there, he is a happy soul (most of the time)!

Awesome videos you three! I just had one question. I know that you can only fly into the US with 10k, so what was your method of payment? Wire transfer, check, Bitcoin? Just curious. Good luck!

Hey thanks for watching! I think you can take more than $10k cash, you just need to declare it (double check that before you do 😂) We did a bank transfer 👍

How many days to get the license plates? Was it easy getting insurance? Done Online I assume

The plates took around two weeks so not too bad, after I spent a day speaking on the phone trying to work out the insurance, we got it insured quite easily, more to do with my lack of knowledge around the way that works in the US! All easy in the end!

It was challenging, but at least it slowed everyone down 😉 Just take your time and turn your lights on so you can be seen by other drivers (as a lot of people didn't)!
