China boards come with counterfeit ICs quite often. Max permissible voltage for TL072, TL082, TL074, TL084, NE5532 is +/-15V. You have given 12v AC which after rectification and filtration becomes +/- 16.97 V. Your IC is Kaboom provided its fake. BTW which IC exactly do you have there?

The board itself has an AC to DC rectification stage. So no need to connect to DC only. On detailed checking, there was a track missing in the PCB, that's why it's showing the issue. Yes I don't have much knowledge on Electronics since it's a vast field to be engaged in. However I gained some basic knowledge from my teachers and experienced technicians. No need to prove my technical skills here to you, still just said. Thank you for your valuable comment.
