I look at auctions, but I don't touch. Simple as that. The reality is, auctions sound like they're against in terms of the conditions that apply. The selling agent basically rushes you to buy it at the highest price.

Yes, very true. They're designed to achieve the highest price for the seller.

So true Zaia, it can be tough for many home owners to put in a bid at auctions. I think Josh covered the auction mentality really well in this video kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rcdomN1qrZu6e40.html interesting to think about why properties go to auction - and often it is to help the agents sell the property quickly, rather than help benefit either the buyers or the sellers.

Another informative video, thank you!. Random question, do banks lend for tiny homes? Ps. Can I just make a little suggestion to say your name at the beginning even if you put your name on screen. Makes it more personal, we get to know you, and Im most likely to remember your name.
