Hi Shaun, very good video! This is exactly the reason why I don't trust any realtors, who never film/show the views outside of the property's windows, or do not show you a 360 view from around the property. Or at least the street the property is on. For me that's usually an indicator, that they're trying to hide something. So a visit would probably just be a waste of time once you find out what's wrong.

Being one of those motorhomes what excactly is wrong with it. It could be an HGC park up it could be a noisy factory. At least they keep your shops/ garages open for you buying a paper now and then will turn it into a ghost town

Good advice as always. The people who do online without seeing fair play to them. You have to visit and ask the locals about the place. Even go at different times of the year. The campers would not bother me unless they where taking the complete piss. That said you pay a premium for a sea view not for a load of campers.

As we discussed Shaun, there is a plague of campervans around the area at the moment - I think post-covid people are making up for lost time and the word has got out about the free sites.

I mean the free wildsites sites that you are showing here, the proper sites all around the area are full of paying customers. Maybe there needs to be some more proper sites for all of these people to use with facilities etc as there is a real problem now with all the wild campers.@

Hi Shaun. I’m nearing retirement age and thinking of moving to Spain. Due to a few health issues I need to be near a really good hospital, particularly one specialised in heart conditions. What are the hospitals like near you ?

Hi, we have a private hospital on Camposol opening soon but not knowing what they will specialise in at the moment. Our nearest main hospitals are in Cartagena which will deal with heart problems, about an hours drive from where I live. Many thanks for watching 👍

Always always check everything out get a continental search done on the house please keep your head on your shoulders and be sensible at the same time watch out for Spanish/English builders some times it's dangerous shoddy work for top money .watch out for some of the expats who are bar flys they'll try and get money out of you (yes you some you can trust ) others avoid like the black death . go into it with eyes wide open and remember it would ideal to get a house that doesn't need anything doing to it. if you buy a wreck yes it would be nice but trust me it will become a money pit and a total drain on your money and life No1 rule look after yourselves and stay sensible regards

Not one of these motor homes is “wild camping”. They are parking which is entirely legal. The definition of “wild camping” is awnings out, chairs outside and windows open. Please make sure that your facts are correct.
