I'm going to start doing a series of videos where I buy a random EDC item from Amazon (not knowing anything of the company or item) and give you my first impressions and test for quality. For the first video, I bought a wallet!

Wow! Thank you for your honest review of our wallet. It is Badalassi leather. Good eye! We recently changed all of our leather to Badalassi and no longer carry Horween. The design is original to me, so watching you notice and remark on the build and design aspects was great. Thanks again!

BTW… it’s a good idea. Most of the stuff we all get is sort of sight unseen. I can’t count the number of purchases from Amazon that ended in a “wow, that’s not at all what it looked like on line.”

Ordered one off Etsy will be my first modern style wallet but after completely ditching cash for everyday use and every wallet is warn out very excited to try it and hoping the front slot will be perfect for fishing license/orange card and potentially insurance card

Awesome video, please do more like this! As much as people hate on Amazon it really is remarkable the hidden EDC gems that you can find. If you are looking for a suggestion try a Ganzo knife, definitely budget but very interesting.

It's really not.. their all probably made in China and spend twice the amount and make it their one. A great example is the Ridge wallet.

No, they’re not all made in China. Ridge makes no secret of where it’s made. They’re a US company, that outsources to China. When you’re looking at a small wallet company, chances are they’re not outsourcing anything. I have no doubt this wallet was handmade here in TX
