Great video James. I enjoy watching Brett as a guest and mate on your videos. Brett's commentary is insightful and he's thick skinned enough to not be bothered with your sense of humor. 😆

Horseshoe was hilarious, amount of ribbings James gives Gary

These are great James. Keep Brett on the channel, he pushes you all the way!

Hope he enjoys his clubs, we all get a buzz with new bats in the bag. The advantage buying used clubs is if you buy savvy, you can tinker and change them regularly. What’s wrong with that?

Love the ChipR, great for links courses and slower greens, good to about 100yds. Definitely aimed right, especially with the utility iron.

Another fun video James. I truly believe I have finally created my perfect bag for my age and slower swing speed. (I'm 59) consistency is almost always there for me now and you have had alot to do with it. Titleist tsr2 driver 10 degree senior flex. TM stealth 2 hd 3 and 5 wood. Regular flex. Ping G430 5 through pw irons also regular flex and titleist vokey sm7 46, 50 and 56 which I pretty much use the 50 everywhere within 45 yards from the green. Mixed bag for sure but they work for me.

I like those 0311T irons. Played the P version for quite a while. If I had gone with the T version then they would probably still be in the bag.

Great bloke Brett, thanks for the vid, cheered me up👍👍

In respect of putter investment, you use it 24-40 times a round, driver about 12-14, so clearly getting putter right could save the most shots
@petermiller288029 күн бұрын
i putt just as good or bad with cheap or dear putters. Same as clubs lots of hype for most of us better spending it on lessons

I just got the jailbird and my putting is a ton better but the best rounds I have are when my driver is going straight haha

Mid-capper with a 2 iron. Make it make sense!!!! WTF is that grounds crew doing leaving clumpy cuttings everywhere? Who does that? Great vid, boys!

Tell him to square up his shoulders at address. He keeps pushing shots to the right, because his left shoulder is wide open, while his feet are set up for a draw.

If the shot tracer and the camera angle is to be believed, it seems Brett is hitting the ball exactly where he's aiming. Might be worth putting an alignment stick on his toes on set up to see if aim is right. Well played boys. Delightful 😊

It seems the really good golfers get better the closer they get to the green. Maybe we should be focusing more attention on short game lessons with fitted putters and wedges.

I found a set of the Gen 3 0311 P's at a 2nd hand sports store for $160 and tbh I completely hated them. They were good for distance dispersions but I was all over the place with them. Granted Im only a 14 handicap but they just werent for me. Good part is I resold them for $400 :P

Brett, with driver, stand on the other side of the tee box and aim away from the trouble on the right

There are MANY players that if they were to work a bit with something like the Ping Chipper, it would help them.

@@JamesRobinsonGolf … yeh cos everyone needs a “mate” that try’s to sabotage their golf game and gloats when they succeed … good luck with that 👍👍
