This haircut is a buzz cut with a number 3 on top and skin fade on the back and sides. We expect the 2018 buzz cut to be worn a lot less traditional and not one grade all over, worn with a shorter fade on the back and sides and a slightly longer length on top.

I just got a buzz without the fade and my hairline is a V lol just make sure to ask for a guard 6 or 5 on the top.

If you have a longer head or face then you probably want something a little lower - a low fade or a mid fade, going too high will just elongate the head even more!

Looks like a 6.5 guard could get you that length, you could tell the barber to start with an 8.

It's a buzz cut. Number 3 on top with a zero fade on the back and sides. Around a mid fade. And for this it's not overly shaped up, no razor etc.. to do a real sharp line up. Your head shape will affect it so it's important not to get the exact same and have a tailored cut for your shape! There are pictures linked in the description aswell, but understand if you don't want to show your barber. You shouldn't feel like you're offending your barber though. Every barber we work with says how they prefer pictures as it makes sure you're on the same page. They don't expect you to know technical terms, that's their job!
