Losing people sadly even more now from the bands that we grew up with and listened too in our youth in the late 1970's. That will happen as we are all getting older and towards that end of life from those great and fun times and even though this may not match those great tunes of the late 70's Buzzcocks, I'd rather listen to this than anything from today's modern music.

Its ironic that this was posted on today's Pop Punk resurgence, in which Buzzcocks were one of the OG bands that became a blueprint and an inspiration to that genre

Sounds tired, sadly they have seen better days, I know a lot of people want the band to continue but I'm not one of those people. I will cherish my buzzcocks collection built from 77 onwards, but unfortunately now it stops. One wonders if Shelley was still here would this song really have been released or would it have ended up in the reject bin. I think I know the answer to that, this like the previous effort just isn't up to it. Destroying years of good work with each release now.Its time to bow out gracefully.

Yeah, I know what you mean, I don't really know this band but there are so many others who practically lost everything that made them special once. Nevertheless ...I kinda like this song, despite it's subdued energy. Strangely the chord changes under "senses out of control" in the verses remind me of 'Kryptonite', that big Alternative Rock hit from the 90s. So yeah, not exactly 70s Punk. Some other comment just brought the YT speed adjustment to my attention, try listen on 1.25, they could've improved it quite a bit by playing it that fast.

I've heard far worse band late reunion songs than this one. As a song it stands with their early ones but would perhaps have beem better done like those early ones in more throwaway punk pop fashion with Pete's half interested, half bored nonchalant singing
