I'm American and I used to work on Crete. Whenever I smell olives it brings back memories of Crete. I had a favorite Gyro shop in Hania. I'd finish my night of drinking and get a gyro sandwhich with a big handfull of french fries wrapped up in the sandwhich! I never did figure out what kind of grilled meat was used though.

To the people saying about the Greeks like taking over the comments, (i’m a Greek myself,) i just wanted to say that they’re really excited that Greeks are popping up on youtube because like there’s not that much Greek’s being featured in popular channels made by Americans or you know. Ahmad Aburahma yes big eyes is the signature trait for Greek women. But unlike other parts of Europe, the women in Greece can look like all types. Some look German with light hair and blue eyes, some darker like Mediterranean. They are very beautiful and have something special to their look in my opinion. But like all countries in the world, there are beautiful, in between and then not so beautiful lol.

(I'm Greek American btw). Also I doubt she's greek, no greek would mispronounce that especially if the actually cookie wrapper literally has the emphasis on the "ά". It's basic greek language knowledge that any word that has that line on it is emphasized, smh

Fun fact: it says "Yemista" on top of the package but literally no one calls them that. We just call them "biskota" which is the Greek word for biscuits and cookies.
