4:47 That is so smart. When you brûlée the cheesecake they melt the cheese ever so slightly so not only does the cheesecake flavors open up but the juice from the fruit slice on top of the cake seeps into the cheesecake to expand the flavor pallet. Gosh that is probably my favorite way to brûlée. Edit: wow thanks for the likes wish I knew who liked it so I could thank all y’all personally
