I've never seen this before. I like it. It has the same music as "Card Sharks" and with this episode having two male contestants, Alex isn't showing blatant favoritism to the lady contestant as he always does on "Classic Concentration". He's being a good host here just as he always was on "JEOPARDY!".

I never saw this show when it first ran. Love Double Dare. It seemed to have the Answer figure out question theme Jeopardy has.

I remember the program but, had forgotten: Alex Trebek and, Johnny Olson...on the same program...superb! Query, for "Buzzr" research staff: when did KathArine Hepburn change her name's spelling?

+FlagDUDE08 This is the CBS version that lasted from 1976-1979, an adult version and precursor to Jeopardy. Double Dare the Nickelodeon version came out in 1986.

Someone obviously couldn't tell it was a joke. Also, it only ran until 1977. Jay Wolpert shows don't last long.

It's a shame it only lasted only 5 months from December 13th, 1976 to April 27th, 1977. It was a good game and taught you a few facts that teachers wouldn't tell you. Jeopardy and 21 combined.
