I practice this tutorial over and over for a month and finally i fell on the ground with my pity mouth. However after what happen to me i repeat this and then finally thanks God i fell on the Ground again and again with my pity Mouth. But one day i did the same pattern and look ! My Mouth is shatterd but i already learn this thank you. So therefore i conclude the more you fell on the Ground the more damage your Mouth have but you can learn this if you want. Again thank you.

Yesterday I did finally my first 540 hook kick. It was sloppy, more like inside-out crescent kick, but at least I kicked the target my head level and landed properly. The swing tip works, Master Chong! Now I need to figure out how to bring non-kicking leg into a jack-knife motion to make that hook in the end. I think your advises work well, sir. Although we need to be patient and train hard: two weeks for me to come where I am right now. :+1

I admit that I have realized that the first spin on a ground is the most important part: spin, spot and only after that bring the knee and jump using hands. And only now being in the air you are ready for the second spin hugging your body. But I lost with legs at this moment. :-) Keep her steady, Master Chong! Hope you enjoy our feedback over here

Awesome!! A tip that I can give you is try and spin more before (go over the spot) and then you jump and hug. That helps me to get that 540 hook easier !

Best 540 Hookkick tutorial I have seen so far. Thank you so much for the effort. My technique improved. I think hitting the target three times is also essential to learning how to fold your leg that does the second kick. Otherwise it becomes a very low 540 Hookkick with a fast spin. Do you have tips on how to reach higher? Do you do something specific with the upper body in the last phase? Thank you in advance. Greetings from Berlin :)

I can still do the basic spinning 45s and spinning roundhouses but this one..I wish there was you and youtube back then haha I will try this tommorow very xcited Your step by step approach is very good. Hey master chong, you have any tips for the hook part? (I can already spin hook well) I can do the spin really well, and i even do the whole trick with a k step instead of a cheat step to get more vert. But i can't seem to get my hook high, the vert and the spin is there i just cant seem to kick.

Thanks for the comment! Try to imagine to lean down with your upper body when throwing the hook kick. It's hard to do a high hook kick while your body is upright. Hope that helps!

Thank you so much for this tutorial all though I cannot do it yet is there any way to stop going forward because on the jump I go forward instead of stay in one place

The 540 roundhouse kick will help to progress in this 540 hook kick right? Because I feel once you do the 540 roundhouse kick you basically almost or nearly have the motion of 540 hook kick
