In last 20 matched they played, they got 17 finals and 14 titles, and none of those today's top seeded pairs had such achievement ever, and the only pair in the past did this was Zhang Nan and Zhao Yunlei. To have a chance of defeating them, XD players need to either win the battle on net over Huang (like Goh tried) or keep Huang as far from net as possible (like British pair and second seeded Chinese pair did). For now, they will keep No. 1 ranking for a while.

There's a first time for everything. I feel like Zheng/Huang lost their composure after the disastrous set 1. Good thing they re-adjusted and won set 2. Afterwards, they played like their usual self and showed everyone why they're ranked #1. IMO, it's better to have a bad game in the semifinals than in the finals.
