Explained in detail... thanks for the info. We purchased Etrance Neo in May 2021, vehicle stopped moving in September 2021. We were informed BMS issue, which is yet to resolve by Pure EV. Almost completed 20 days and no response from company. Please let us know to whom we can approach further legally on company or on dealer

They had replaced for us within one day we had complained this issue to pure ev customer handle in instagram Actually PURE EV said that there is some manufacturing defect in BMS for some series of vehicles which were sold during last few months. BMS replacement will take just 2 hours which will be done in pure ev authorised showroom.

@@valluri_avinash after completion of test at show room for one week, they have sent it to company on 27th September and still the battery is with company. We were informed that total set of batteries will be changed by them. After in writing fight with dealer and company, they provided standby battery on 30th September and issue started on 21st September. May I know your dealer details please.

Interview is good. My opinion is that purchase quality branded lithium batteries as are used in branded vehicles. As far as possible avoid purchasing detachable battery system vehicles. Fixed battery system as is adopted by branded vehicles are preferable. Even if detachable battery system vehicles are purchased, to lessen the wear and tear at plugging point , prefer charging as if they are fixed battery system. As far as possible strict fire resistant material has to be used in the battery compartment. Facilitate ventilation to the battery compartment in summer season. Fire retardant foam portable can is preferable to carry in the boot ,if possible,while traveling on the vehicle. Lastly, most important, BMS should be branded One and no compromise in this regard.

Krishna bhai, Companies valani oka standby battery ivamanu chepandi,valu ichina lithium-ion battery testing lo unapudu, endhukantey dealers lithium-ion battery opencheyaleru, valu standby ivaleru. Standby ivakapothey, customer suffer avthundu, dealer kuda customer tho suffer avthundu. Manufacturer should give standy battery if not given in within 3 or 7 days, after 7 days with company, they should give standy 🔋 Another question is though is higher, vehicle should be stopped in every 30 or 50 kms and take break and drive.

Sir Epluto 7g battery problem vehicle not on in full charged I taken 3 months back at kukatplly HYD showroom, still just 1500 km running. Every electric vehicle rider should undergo basic electrical & lithium ion battery course online because this is not a matured & safest technology & every manufacturer is beta testing & experimenting using our lives which is at risk. What about battery temperature? Anything above 40 degrees is going to be a time bomb especially in summer.

He is not an expert in power electronics. If connector is loosely connected your vehicle will not run properly. Voltage will drop at connector and motor controller will sense like battery low and it will shutdown. These battery connectors flame proof grade, so fire will not emerge from them. If we observe the videos clearly, first heavy smoke is there followed by high fire. This is due to poor BMS circuit in the battery pack. The BMS should sense rise in the battery temperature and shutdown immediately. Otherwise battery will go in to thermal runway leading to self heat up and quickly catches fire.

They are a safety hazard since they contain flammable electrolytes and if damaged or incorrectly charged can lead to explosions and fires. Because of low internal resistance and high AH capacity, battery gets heated internally and explodes on its own. the battery should be placed in a flame proof containers and battery temperature should be continuously monitored. during idle condition ,if the battery temp keeps increasing temp alarm should be sounded loudly. battery pack should be placed in stainless steel sealed containers with glass wool lining....
