The new tomsin back paddle kit that comes with 4 back paddles is by far the easiest kit I've installed for the PS5 PlayStation 5 dualsense controller. The kit is simple and good for FPS first person shooter game. The paddles can be remapped to the buttons on the front with out any issue, and it comes with TURBO mode, which can give you a advantage on those fighting and games like war zone and call of duty.

Everyone be careful of controller models there is a bdm 040 looks exactly like the 030 mainlt seen with the new metallic but its not limited to, kit should still worm the extremerate bdm 030 works on the 040 but be aware

oh snap i just got 3 of these BDM030 rollers and i was looking to install back paddles and see which one is good, might just get this kit. i play comp for apex legends this might just do it! love the video! crazy i just got the rollers and this video drops lol my luck

Check "extreemrate RISE4 Remap Kit" . I t should be much better then this one. Just my opinion

after suffering with it for about 45 minutes, mine just straight up isn’t working. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be? I think I followed the tutorial down to a T and I def have a bdm-030 controller, so I'm out of ideas.

Mine worked till it was to late to return. I'll go back to the 2 button style from exstream. Makes the d pad go down or something.

Had these for about 3 months now and one of the paddles doesn’t work properly now when I click it , it doesn’t click down right and doesn’t function it’s stiff now I’m gonna try to open it up and fix it lol

There is a ribbon cable that is connected from the touchpad board to the main motherboard

Hey man, I had the same problem. Got it fixed. First time I put it all together, my left d-pad and joysticks weren't working properly, I would have to press hard on the up arrow to move the left and right. Took it apart put it back together, then it worked, suddenly my d-pad was constantly pressing down during game. Took it apart again, put it back together, then no buttons worked. Took it apart again and watched other videos. So the problem is that gold connection that you place overtop of the clear one, I also want to mention that I did take the whole controller apart and whipped the button sensors, when I put it back together, I made sure everything was in properly, I think what happens is, when we put the motherboard back on, it's a bit difficult to align (for me anyway) without nudging that strip (is what I suspect). The motherboard is held by two little black plastic prongs, they are just near the two blue strips in each side. I want to also note, when I did it this time, I didn't completely take out the motherboard to install the strip, but enough to give me some playroom to make it easier to put back without accidentally nudging the strip when putting it back. Also, there are two stickies on the strip that you install, make sure the little sticky isn't exposed, it will stick to the motherboard and make the connection loose when its all put back together. Screw everything tight. Hope this helps, I know how frustrating it is.

Also, it's hard to do with the strip connected to the battery, I was worried if I took it off it wouldn't stick properly, but I did it several times and it still sticks back on.

You probably have a bdm 30 or something like a different bdm from what you bought

how do you turn off turbo mode, my bottom left paddle has been stuttering when I use it to build in Fortnite I haven’t tried out the top left and top right paddle yet but the bottom right paddle has been smooth when I use it as my edit button I just need to figure out how to stop the bottom left paddle from stuttering

If your controller isn't turning on the piece that connects to the mother board must be over the flap not under the flap To map the buttons the ps5 must be off with the controller plugged in happy trails 🤝🏼

on the motherboard there is a ribbon cable on top. that connects the touchpad, perhaps you did not connect it or the connection is not good??
