Japan HAS to be the world's most NOISY country, bar none. The noise is incessant, 24/7. If the stoplights are not singing to you, the local government loudspeakers will be, if they don't the hawkers' trucks will play endless loops, if they don't then the traffic is always there and is especially great when crotch-rocket gear-heads show up. NO PLACE NO WHERE IN JAPAN is peaceful and quite, short of the grave.

So why so many problems? Whatever you do DO NOT return to Thailand. Your not ready for prime time. Thailand chews up 99.999% of foreigners. China Non-Stop because we Germans don't break rules either. In America they cross red lights even with a child on their side. They basically teach young children that breaking the rule is ok.
@Chinanon-stop
@Chinanon-stop 7 жыл бұрын
I know I lived in Germany, same for bike/ pedestrian lanes... It is complex: In a way it makes sense once people start breaking the rules then it is the open door. But on the other side one has to be flexible. I remember when I was a kid I went to a host family in a small German village. The street was empty and I crossed at the red light and then this woman opened her window to shout at me. Or in Berlin I think in 98, bike wouldn't stop for you if you were to walk on their lane. But I think with migration it changed...

Knowing Ryan as the ultimate Y-tube cheapskate, that visa option was definitely the cheapest.

I saw the bank balance before you covered it up. Well done! Be aware that deposit insurance only covers up to 10 million per account. You would do well to open up several new accounts and keep each one under 10 million. You might also consider buying a used 2DK "mansion" for 15 million or so which will get you out of the renter's dilemma, help avoid pesky renewal fees and prying landlords. It would also provide that cutie mate of yours with some security which she deserves at this point. Also, if you decide to move along, it will always be there to provide a flow of rental income.
