Edtech space should limit on expenses, such companies have NO Right to burden parents income by wasting their hard earned money on huge posh offices, corporatization, expensive marketing strategies and huge salaries of Executive's. Why would a $100 million company seeks for $1 billion investments? That’s a big red flag!! These startup’s don’t need that much they get from investors. And, they don’t even know what to do with this huge surplus money. They start spending more and more in marketing, rather investing to improve their services. Same happened with Byju. He might be a good teacher, but not a good money manager. And, this applies to all other major Indian startup’s.
