My son was in the exact same situation years ago. He was 19, driving down a multi lane freeway, a girl pulls out in front of him, coming out of a mall parking lot. They crashed. She blamed him because he was speeding, and I have little doubt that he was in fact speeding. However, like this case, she was at fault. She even took him to court. Judge ruled in my son's favor. She was suing for her car damages and everyone in her car took ambulances to the hospital, so she was wanting medical cost as well. I can't remember if she had insurance or not. My son was scared to death when he called me that night. It totaled his car and only had liability insurance.

If Person A causes the accident, Person A's insurance pays for Person's B damages for medical. Person B's insurance will pay for a rental for like 30 days or so. Now lets take this example in the case. Person A has insurance and Person B does not. Person B causes the accident. Who is going to pay for Person A's medical? Who is going to pay for Person A's car damages?

$250? gee that's all? oh well, better than nothing I suppose. Guy had right of way....end of story. I can't believe the defendant pushed so hard when he was wrong on both issues....no insurance and HE had the stop sign.

Bad lawyers. No really good lawyer would have him on the payroll. I worked for lots of attorneys and this guy is no credit to anyone. Just and arrogant idiot who actually thinks he can argue with the JUDGE! No courtroom would allow that, but JJ knows just what to do.

Moreover than that It ain't so much admitting is the problem It's if to dance round with glib or equivocal answers about any of her inquiry if you confess right when she puts the question to ya I've seen people who are honest about their need for welfare and stuff get what they wanted in court if you got something that you know you're not as proud of yourself this time cuz you had to take help or whatever from the government own up to it right away and then she's going to be merciful it's going to be because of a she knows you're telling the truth and be that when you answer and you're telling the truth she knows you ain't trying to patski around and give her a bunch of hoodwink and kind of answer
