I love Mojave ghost, Blanche and Casablance Lily. I love La Tulipe as a hair mist. As a perfume it's too sweet, but I love when my hair smells sweet, as if I just put in a hair mask, so it's a really good scent for that.

Your vid is super helpful! I started with Blanche the other day so i’m glad to see a guide starting from it too. I’m interested in buying Eleventh Hour as my next Byredo scent cuz from some of the description it seems like a “healing” type of scent? Idk but your review saying it’s a unique but versatile scent sounds great to me. About layering, since I only have Blanche, what would you say about Blanche x Eleventh? Since I literally just starting, I have no other fragrances, thank you sm.

Sundazed is ny favourite permume from the brand , i feel so clean and happy when i wear it ,its my bedtime perfume also that's how happy and relaxed it makes me feel it kinda reminds me of Orpheon by Diptyque as well

Love to hear your thoughts on Byredo fragrances! My favorite happens to be the most popular Gypsy Water. I feel calm and grounded whenever I’m wearing it. I just love it! I also like B’Alfrique. Now You made me wanting to try Eleventh Hour so badly 😊

I was scared you wouldn't mention Eleventh Hour but so glad it came at first spot, it does for me as well. I have also tried De Los Santos, Blanche and 1996 out of Byredo's offering. I adore Eleventh Hour and De Los Santos, and hate Blanche and 1996 :D

i agree with your number one. eventhough it is pretty weak. i adore the peppery rum. reminds me of alpa-rubbing alcohol. i associate sundazed as a youthful but expensive 4711 cause of the neroli. pulp is my clubbing perfume. but you need a small refill to re-apply cause of its weakness. bal de afrique smells like sour baby puke to me. havent tried the new extraits, but the ones i tried could use a little bit more oomph

Smelled a bunch, but not all, of Byredo frangrances, and Eyes Closed, Sundazed, and Eleventh Hour are some of my favorites Saw many recs for Black Saffron, and I did like it, but thought maybe it's too common since so many people like it, got it on a card and took it home though, and must say it grew on me

I love the smell of Byredo Bal d’ Afrique because of uniqueness. However, it doesn’t perform well and it doesn’t last long on me. I also heard that there’re quite a few people who say the same.

My loves are Gypsy Water and Mojave Ghost. I'm still undecided on Sundazed. I'm pretty basic. I kept going back to Bal D'Afrique because everyone loved it so much, but it just wasn't a love for me personally. My most hated was 1996...smelled like cigarettes. Most of the others just weren't a love at first sniff...or second...or third for me. I'm super picky...it HAS to be a love!

Mojave Ghost is overrated. Do not blind buy it. Test upfront. Can not recommend it. Hype over nothing.

Hi Monika .. if you were to choose between rose of no mans land , Cassili ( PDM) OR Gabriel essence ( Chanel ) which would be your pick ?? P.s ( I know can’t compare Chanel but am in the fence , hence want to know your take on it ) ( I’m from India so humid all round the year - if that helps you to suggest me ) Awaiting your response 😊

Not Monica, but I saw the comment and wanted to give my opinion xD hope you don't mind. Personally, Cassini might be too sweet especially on a hot humid day (If you like strong perfume you might like it though), I quite like rose of no man, it's a unique rose scent that's giving a dry/earthy note...but probably not everyone's favorite. Never tried Chanel Gabriel, but since the notes are white floral it seems like a safe purchase. I think you really need to try it on first

i think since they are crazy expensive, more expensive than big houses like Dior and Chanel, the performance is incredibly disappointing however the scents are amazing and so different.

Bal D Afrique smells like Dawn dishsoap to me. For some reason, the spicy notes disappeared in my decant after a few weeks. I admit I think Byredo is overrated. The ones I've tried are lighter than a body spray or like straight up fabric softner
