Great video as always. Really hoping Apple and the game streaming services (incl. epic) can sort their differences out. The iPad is perfect for what they’re trying to achieve and Apple would be silly to let that slip by them.

I’m using the Kingston Nucleum as well and for the headphone out issue I tried the usb c to headphone adapter cable from Apple and attached it to the usb c dongle’s usb c (non power delivery one) and it worked! Thought that may come in handy for yourself

Could probably use an iPad stand of some kind. The keyboard is only really a prop. A propER set up should ideally have a stand that elevates the iPad as well as enables angle adjustments.

Thanks for pointing it out, I recorded the entire voiceover on camera this time round and the microphone quality isn’t as good as my normal microphone I use for speaking over B roll - that’s most likely why!

Phil Spencer mentioned that they will probably bring Xcloud to iOS using the browser :), basically like the new Amazon game streaming service called Amazon Luna. It won’t be out in the browser at least until next year

I disagree with the notion that controllers are outright better. Analog sticks are just not as accurate as touch inputs. Touch inputs are closer to mouse inputs when it comes to aiming, though mouse is obviously still much more accurate than both controllers and touch inputs. The real issue is being limited to just two thumbs, which limits you to 2 inputs at a time. You could learn 4 or 5 finger claw, but that is a hassle most people won’t want to go through, so that’s where controllers come in.

I dont want to insult anyone but your finger is always more accurate than a controller. If i would play against a controller player i would win 3/3 times. Controller's are just for racing games
