Leang is supposed to be difficult, and don't get me wrong: it still is. It's just that superweapon is well equipped to handle her.
Comanches, although expensive, help pave the way for a single ranger to flashbang the bunkers. EMP patriots make short work of Leang's air, especially her helixes. I drop a chinook full of missile defenders to hold the bridge chokepoint in the built-up area as it's more reliable than walking them in the long way round, against all the incoming tanks. Still, you should walk a bunch of them down the eastern pass anyway to clear the way for your dozers to dig in.
Once that's squared away, you can look to setting up a defensive line in the eastern clearing, and build up your economy (and cannons).
To avoid Leang rebuilding her structures, I waited until I had enough cannons before blasting all her dozers and command centers in a single go. Depending on how lucky or fast your execution is, you may be able to get all of that in one wave, leaving her main buildings to be sniped at your leisure. If you're going for the quick win, you can skip:
1. Reactors (there are too many of them)
2. Base Defenses (duh) (includes speaker towers)
3. Supply Depots (this one surprised me)
4. Superweapons
This leaves the command centers and production. Oh, and you must kill all the dozers, they count towards victory for some reason.
