Mutant marauders in Hammerheads could be good as ST vs MoK, would counter both venoms and infantry nicely, with stealth detection for good measure Would've been nice if mutants had at least gotten a second unit at their barracks, we can only hope we get a remaster/true sequel one day

Now you just need to find something interesting to do with Mutant Marauders for the Scrin factions and they'll have some application for every faction in the game! Scrin doesn't really use APC type units, so I imagine that's going to limit the mutants' mobility and endurance in combat, but they do have a lot of things they could support the mutants with. Lore-wise that's kinda cool, APCs are more of a human concept, I'm sure it's not a notion that escapes the Scrin, like it's simple enough for them to grasp the idea, but I guess they use wormholes and their infantry is largely disposable to them, so they have no interest in such tatics.

Seekers got a 5% gun damage armor buff , so imagine that in 1.02. That unit takes 55% of incoming gun fire, which is double what most other units take.

I used to go through the trouble of cloaking APC's then plowing infantry with them until they become elite, so when they deploy now..... !!

Awesome video. I love this kind of stuff. But it's the best when you do this in a match versus Senna. Does he play the alien factions? Make him play the alien factions.

Would have loved to see more aircrafts as I think the anti-air is the biggest feature for Marauder, also are the stats much better than say simply putting 3 basic black hand squads in the Reckoneer?

Definitely. Inside of hammerheads (the gdi attack helicopter with a garrison slot) theyre amazing for anti aircraft. Their dps is equiivalent to a Slingshot without Tungsten Shells. Black Hand squads deal grenade damage and their range is quite woeful inside of a reckoner, whereas mutants can range everything, deal more gun damage (which scrin units are particularly vulnerable to). It synergises wiith the dozer blades as you saw, because that gives +15% armor to the reckoner.

Since you make it a point to try winning with every possible tactic, try to see if you can win a game with fanatics ONLY. Or reckoners carrying fanatics, the other player does its best to track it down and when they finally do BAM suicide troopers rush out. Can you airlift fanatics? What about airlifting like 6 of them into the enemy base? Also, does Nod and MOK have better fanatics because the tiberium infusion, or are BH Fanatics have their stats adjusted so they don't need the upgrade? That would actually make BH fanatics much worse (Tib Infusion increases speed and HP, so it gives them a better chance at catching enemies).

Apart from being one-use units with low armor, the cannon damage of fanatics isn't that good against buildings. You need two to take out power plants, four for refineries and war factories, and seven for con yards, and that's assuming completely healthy squads. As for vehicles, a full squad can't take out a harvester either. I suppose the best-case scenario is taking out two harvesters with three fanatics, but you can only do that once before anti-infantry defenses shut that down.

@@videogamesremastered7446 I think that's a good idea. In the summer I was planning to patch the campaign maps with stuff I've done for the multiplayer maps. Better looking fmv would be a good addition. I assume you know the format that they use? IIt's some propietary EA format, not sure if that would present issues.

@@masterleafcnc in theory they should look a lot better i managed to get the old ps1 ones to 4k ( they dont look quite as good as real 4k ones maybe like 720p eqivalent. the kanes wrath ones are 720p so they should easily be upscaled to real 4k looking ones. the red alert 2 ones were in some weird format .bik i think kane swrath ones wont be startdard mp4 format but im sure they are extractable im not too good at the tech stuff mainly only working with videos is my strength i was hoping maybe you knew how to get them . i will investigate in the meantime. hd campain maps + fmvs would be great

It'll work, I use the origin version as well. but if you want to transfer custom maps in game then you'll need to patch the game with Bibbers fixed launchers for kane's wrath.

@@woodrow17 Steam version (on win 10) has problems with gameranger with no fix, yet Bibber's allows Origin's TW/KW/RA3 to be compatible everywhere.

I just looked at the gameobject in 1.02+ of the mutant marauder and cabal, and found the mutant to have 40% more dps than the confessor cabal squad, plus 10% more range. I think that makes them worthwhile. Oh, and they have double the health of the Cabal (200 vs 100)

Hello! It's not the first week - I've been plagued by this kind of error - direct3d error e_outofmemory. >_< And: - on any graphics settings - both with 4x smoothing and without it - at screen resolution even 1024x768 - with Direct X installed, the newest one, and the one that came with the game - basically - if there are 4 or more players on the map at the same time - in windowed and full screen mode - with the installed patch "4 GB" - Absolutely without any mods; and with mods - too; - regardless of whether I play online, or just in the "Battle" mode - with updated drivers for everything that is possible - with V-Sync on and off - and most importantly - despite the fact that I have hardware - a GTX 1060 6 GB and a Xeon X5675 / Xeon E3-2673 V3 processor (and 16 GB of RAM). In general, I have no idea what else can be done so that I never see these errors again, and I hope that someone will tell you, I will be very grateful....

Try installing my 4k addon and see if it happens. (run display at native resolution)

@@masterleafcnc It's amazing, but after 4 matches of 20-30 minutes - there was not a single such error) ... the only thing is that the addon apparently somehow interrupts the action of the mod, therefore, after 2 matches in the vanilla version of the game - when trying to integrate into game mod "Tiberium Insanity 3.3" - in the game only the music and the picture in the game menu change.

@@SDWCh I suggested it, because it replaced some files that couldve been the issue. You can easily remove it though with the uninstaller in windows apps and settings to run another mod. the 4k addon only works with 1.02, not with mods.

@@masterleafcnc If I understand the structure of the game correctly, I can temporarily remove the 4K addon by simply removing the lines associated with the addon in the file "CNC3EP1_english_1.2.SkuDef"). I'll try to do this, because i don't want to delete your addon) Thank you!)

But there is something wrong with 5 hours of modding KW, 5 hours of commenting KW, 5 hours of playing KW, 5 hours of discussing KW in Discord and 4 hours of sleep, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for 14 consecutive years, all the while having no job, no social life, no wife or kids, no education, no social skills and nothing but KW. Leafy does not even realise the damage he has done to his life. But anyone who sees him writing death prayers to other people on Discord (he literally prays to Traveler 59 that person X dies) when he has a fit can see the damage.
