A simple Jam Track for the C Ionian Mode/Chord Scale. If you're a beginner, start with the basic C Major scale and basic C Major 7 arpeggios in different areas/ranges of your instrument. Then you can start to combine the scales with arpeggios and whenever you feel comfortable you can start adding rests and playing with more interesting rhythmic ideas for your soloing. Maybe even add some chromaticism hmmmm?
