Komatsu PC210-8 Strip, Clean and Rebuild process.
This unit came into us as customer reported the pump was "leaking profusely from the end cap". On stripping the unit we identified that the front housing (case assembly) was cracked. Therefore, we replaced the damaged housing, Lapped the Swash support, Cylinder block and Valve plate back to 100% contact and replaced all bearings and seals as standard.
Unit now back to OEM standards and was issued with 12 months written warranty.
