Namak - taste hisab se
Oregano seasoning - 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Pyaz - 2 tbsp
Red capsicum - 2 tbsp
Green capsicum - 2 tbsp
Frozen corn - 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese - 3/4 cup or 75g
For coating
Maida - 1/2 cup
Corn starch - 1/2 cup
Namak - taste hisab se
Water - to make slurry
Bread crumbs - from 6 slices

Is it necessary to wait for two hours before grating the potatoes? loved this recipe btw

you could just chop the potatoes into cubes and let it cool in the fridge for till the potatoes turn cold instead. The reason to cool for 2 hours is sk the cheese doesn't melt in the mixture and become sticky and therfore difficult to handle. To be extra fast, chop potatoes into small chunks, freeze for 30 45 mins until cold and then grate
