आज मसाला किचन में बन रहा है बिना फ्राई, बिना यीस्ट के डोनट रेसिपी, बेक्ड डोनट बनाइये इजी फ्रूट क्रश के साथ, बिना ओवन के केक, रुई जैसा केक, इडली केके, भाप वाला केके, भाप वाले डोनट, स्ट्रॉबेरी कप केक, पिंक कप केक, चॉकलेट केक, बिना अंडे के कस्टर्ड केक, पेस्ट्री रेसिपी, बिना ओवन के केक, मिल्क केक, स्पंजी केक, कढ़ाई में केक, ओवन में केक शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
For Apple-Strawberry Crush:
* Apple(सेब) - 1-2
* Sugar(चीनी) - 3-4 Tbsp
* Cinnamon Stick(दालचीनी) - 2-3 Pieces
* Strawberry Crush(स्ट्रॉबेरी क्रश) - 2 Tbsp
For Donut Batter:
* Milk(दूध) - 1 Cup
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - 1 Spoon
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 Cup
* Vanilla Custard Powder(वेनिला कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1/4 Cup
* Oil(तेल) - 1/4 Cup
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Cup
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Milk(दूध) - 2-3 Spoon
For Decoration:
* Dark Chocolate(डार्क चॉकलेट) - Some
* White Chocolate(सफेद चॉकलेट) - Some
* Colorful Edible Pearls(रंगीन खाद्य मोती) - Some
RECIPE:
For Apple-Strawberry Crush, take some Apples, peel them & cut them into pieces. Then keep the pan on the flame & put chopped Apple, Sugar & Cinnamon sticks. Cook them on a slow flame. Then put Strawberry Crush & mash it with the masher. Then turn the flame off & keep it cool. Then put the mixture into the cone & keep aside.
Keep the pressure cooker on the flame for preheating.
For Donut, in a bowl, take some Milk & put Lemon Juice. Mix well & keep it aside for some time. Then take a big bowl & put Torn Milk In it. Then put Powdered Sugar, Vanilla Custard Powder, Oil & White Flour/Maida in it. Mix all well & keep it aside for rest. Then put Baking Powder, Baking Soda & some Milk & Mix all well by the whisker.
Take an idli mold & grease them with some Oil. Then put the batter on the mold & fill some Apple-Strawberry Crush in it. Then put the second layer of batter. don't overfill it. In this way fill all the mold. Then keep the mold in the preheated cooker, cover with the lid & remove the whistle. Bake for 12-15 minutes on a slow flame. After 15 minutes check them & turn the flame off. Keep them cooling down & then demold them.
Take Dark & White Chocolate & cut it into pieces. Melt them separately by using the double boiler method.
For Decoration, put the melted Chocolate on the ready donuts & spread with the spoon as shown in the video. Tap 2-3 times & sprinkle some colorful Edible Pearls on them. Also, make a design with a chocolate cone. In this way, without yeast, frying & oven Homemade Donut will get ready easily at home.
