Totally agree with Mr TG Mohandas, I have a medical degree, 2 masters and 2 fellowships, in a medical career spanning 20 years, I am appalled by what is happening in our hospitals and have been very vocal about it, every doctor agrees that medical education and medical care has deteriorated over time and primarily we as a society asked for it…. The Kerala doctor really did a mistake and should be punished. You both don’t try to justify them. You mean that the life of anyone in this case was not endangered and so there is no need of punishment for the doctor ?. Any way the doctor should seek permission from the parents to do anything like this. Cesarian or removing a cyst or fibroid while doing a cesarian is different from this case

It should have a doctor, retired judge and two judicial members in all state headquarters. They can have sitting in the hospitals where the suspected medical negligence has occurred.

Operation done on two different parts, Did the hospital informed the parents. In abdominal surgery TG said is right. But in this case the hospital should have informed the parents
