Vietnam. The island is known for its stunning limestone mountains, lush green jungle, and pristine beaches. You can find a range of outdoor activities which make a great alternative to the more expensive Ha Long Bay cruises. The central hub is Cat Ba Town, which is framed by a range of hotels, travel agencies, and restaurants. And while this is the most touristic part of the island, the rest is largely untouched and wild with the scenic Lan Ha Bay just offshore. Great video! Can I ask you in which month you have been? it looks like pretty quiet and sunny :) I am going in June and I am bit worried of the weather and crowd! :)

We were there in early December! It was sunny as we were pretty lucky with the weather! It was very very quiet indeed. I think it’s best to avoid the Vietnamese holidays as then the island fills up with local tourists. Especially weekends are bad too we heard. I guess June is the start of their summer break 😅 but maybe not as bad as July yet

I have one night in halong bay very nice view but very very hot and..I am in cat ba for one night... best choice for trip 330 dollors in this price include hotel food but no drink
