1 cup of tea cost : 7 rupees 3 cup of tea per day = 20 rupees. 20x 30 = 600 rupees/month. From this 600 you can buy Lively food like 1 kg dates + 1 kg peanuts + 2 kg amla(gooseberry) + 1kg Raisins .= 600 only..per month ( if you eat all these per month then you can never be weak , never get sick , never have endocrine, heart problems and even nerve problems... ( Drinking tea on regular basis can cause a way to many health problmes

I recently quitted drinking tea and coffee and also left junk food and I also did 3 days detox and , MY 1 YEAR OF ACNE STARTED TO FADE AWAY AND ALSO STARTED TO GET GLOWING SKIN. My father is drinking Tea since 75 years, he has not faced any issue. So many career people drinking Tea everyday, but not seen complaining about Tea. Even myself drinking Tea since 50 years Not facing any issue.

I think there are benefits to tea as long as you can keep consumption under control. Too much tea would be harmful. This video has no scientific study literature backing it.

Tea is addictive in nature if u dont drink for a day u get headache same if u drink coconut water or ash gourd juice if u dont drink for a day u will not get headache. I have seen my family people have acidity headache and other issue if they drink

बी.के.किशन चाय छोड़ने के बाद 25 दिन तक खूब परेशानियां हुई लेकिन दृढ़ता पूर्वक छोड़ दी 6 साल से हो रही भयानक स्किन प्रॉब्लम भी ठीक हो गई और जो फायदे हुए उन्हें शब्दों में बयां नहीं किया जा सकता

Thanks for this great video Subah.. I ve been drinking tea for the last 15 years and currently facing lot of problems like anaemia, body pain, lethargy, weakness, etc ..Those who are sensitive to caffeine will have to quit it at any cost to avoid having severe health issues in the future!

coffee was prescribed for me by a vaidya which is an indian ayurvedic doctor! and an indian woman who runs an ayurvedic school told me that chai tea, which she serves in her restaurant, is good for kapha, which is one of the 3 constitutional types in ayurveda.

Hi @Satvic Movement, I have been a heavy coffee drinker for the past 20 years. After watching this video, I'm on my 4th day of no coffee! Surprisingly, it has been an easy transition, and I don't miss it much. Thank you for doing these great videos! I also had a question about vinegar. What is your opinion on vinegar, especially apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar, which is commonly used in salad dressings? I know they are quite acidic, but are they also factors in osteoporosis, etc., just like coffee?

Mae pahle se hi chai/coffee nhi peeta, bhut saalon se. But satvik tea jarur try krni ha. Or aap bilkul sach bol rhe ho, muje kabhi headache, lazyness, subha uthne problem ye sab cheje kabhi face nhi ki. Mae subha uthke sirf pani peeta hu or kuch nhi.

Bhai use jaggery instead of refined sugar. Also you'll feel immensely fatigued for two days after leaving tea - but third day onwards the fatigue will reduce and body will ask for something healthy and natural. If she'll start taking what her body says she'll find energy coming back and also it would be a deeper persevering energy instead of the quick shallow bursts tea gives

I have been following your diet since 1 week only, that too, not so strict (because of some personal reasons) but I started to see changes and those are surprising. Ms. for your knowledge, Tea is a herbal drink when taken without sugar and milk. Chinese people are consuming it from ancient time. I also consume it as it without sugar and milk. But mostly people in our country prefer with sugar and milk. It's a difference in processing within Orthodox and Green Tea. Their taste, colour and benefits are also different.

Tea was prevalent in Assam centuries before the British came. Of course that tea was a bit different from modern tea. People in Eastern Assam drink tea without sugar and sometimes with just a few drops of milk

@@CreativitySimplicity With all due respect miss, tea was never grown in India until it was brought by the Britishers from China. It's a simple fact like Tomato 🍅 was introduced in india by Portuguese traders from South America. There are some fruits, vegetables and dry fruits which doesn't have their origin in India. You can read about them in books and online. There is no shame in accepting the fact that we are consuming products that have their origin elsewhere. Europe or America didn't had spices that India grows . Even mango has its origin in India 🇮🇳. Thank you🙏

@@umeshpandit8305 Tea was discovered by Robert Bruce in Assam-Arunachal border before the treaty of Yandabu amongst the Shingpho tribes. There is documented evidence of tea being prevalent during reign Swargadeo Sukapha of Ahom dynasty. It was known as ''Tun-cha''. Commercial production of tea began after British. It is really sad that tea is being regarded as non-Indian just like people from North-east are being regarded as foreigners.

Well i had my last tea on 14th feb 2024 in the morning and iam here to watch this video to make my decision more firm but i felt her voice is much more soothing then a cup of tea ❤❤❤

Request to make a video on how to set up a kitchen for use of kitchen utensils that are required to make Satvic Aahar. I used earthen Kadai on gas stove which after 2 uses chipped off on the gas stove.. Similarly What are the bare minimal monthly ingredients required for a Satvic kitchen? How to store persihable grains or naturally made ingredients etc.

Ignore minor things in your diet. Enjoy your life with everything in limited quantities and be conscious on your over all health and make sure you do some work out with out fail. Life is short enjoy it and stop worrying

Ussi enjoyment ki wajah se life short hogayi hai. It's not good to justify our mistakes by telling it's okay. Bad things even limited quantity is not good. You can enjoy life by eating healthy food too. Instead of ignoring we should change our approach towards lifestyle then it would be long and healthy

I am following satvic diet near about 11 months and my skin problem is ok now from before I am 11 years old It is the best diet ever and medicines are useless. I am not drinking tea or coffee from till last 11 months and now I feel very energetic from last year. For me their is one line 'Nature is our best friend and medicines are our best enemy'.

I have tried the coffee recipe as hot coffee (with cow milk and sugar, so its not vegan and does not have good ness of jaggery yet but that would be the next step) instead of cold coffee that was shown. Its almost same as drinking the regular coffee and also gave me the same energy boost to my surprise. Thanks @Subah for inspiring me to take this challenge up.

जब भी चाय पीता हूं तुरंत घुटनों में दर्द होता है कुछ दिन चाय छोडा तो घुटनों का दर्द फिर से शुरू हुआ फिर छोडा तो फिर दर्द बंद हुआ अभी पीता ही नहीं हूं
