You need EM sands, his abilities have higher EM scaling and his talent converts EM to dmg% for skill and burst. You should lvl E skill to 9 or 10 if you have a crown.

My alhaitham 90/90 C0R1 Talent 10-10-8 EM 420 Atk 1500 CR/CDM 62/202 Er 110 My em sands is at 11 CV and my circlet at 0 CV. Other piece at 30 ish CV. Please give me godly circlet 🥲
