White Tassel is actually quite good on characters that use NA a lot, as long as you supplement the lack of atk with Bennet of Yunjin, or both. Some people also use it on Cyno.

@@anrypettit3112 black tassel is good but her second bs is pjws and wt base atk is very low since it's a 3 star and you can get pjws from standard (I got it a long time ago from standard)

technically speaking the ult is a damage loss. you can just keep the 30% bol for next rotation so you have increased damage and just e and switch no ult needed.

Okay I'm gonna be brutally honest. Her design looks sick but in terms of gameplay, I find her kit really disappointing. Why would they make her ult animation the best in the game if they're gonna force you not to use it? It feels like they tried to make her kit complex but failed at it. I understand Genshin combat is usually boring, but here it's not even visually satisfying, and there are still characters with complicated kits that are really fun to use like Alhaitham. Personally I'd rather pull for Lyney, he's super fun and he does great damage.

The truth is I never expected anything from Arlechino and I was right, in the end it was always smoke, for the damage it painted and the people said it was going to be broken I can laugh at them harder

From my experience, Neuvilette is easier to use and has a low cost in doing a lot of Damage. Arlecchino in my opinion is for elite players, she needs to be understood in her own gameplay style and once you do that, she will not disappoint you. She is in my opinion the best Normal attack dealer, yes even Alhaitham. I have never seen character hitting over 100k NA so easily
