Very interesting. I apreciate your comment and the knowledge and testing behind it. I only had the car for a few months and never had any issues. @@d-one-and-only I used non polarized leds, meaning that they work regardless of which way you install them, I can't remember what name brand , but they work perfectly and no more dead battery. I bought them on Amazon. They have tiny resistors built in. Laser Fit 194's I think.

Steve Lynn hey there, thank you for the compliment! Im not sure why it would do that. Have you tried engaging the alarm/doorlocks with your key fob and seeing if it still does it? I wondering if they stay partially lit as like a standby mode or idle in case you open the door again as if its ready for you, if the doors arent locked that is. Let me know if this was the case. No worries...Corvette forums all suggest it’s no big deal or concern over battery drain. Here is also response from the company. “... 100% completely normal when switching to LED bulbs. This happens because LEDs draw less electrical current compared to a stock halogen bulb. When you turn off your corvette, an electrical current still remains in the circuit. Normally your halogen bulb would use this up immediately but LEDs take a longer amount of time. Once they use up the current they will shut off. The LEDs are not drawing any new current from your battery, it's only the current that is left over.”

@@markusthomas9919 Yes, by simply buying a better quality bulb. I had some cheap ones from EBay. I bought a pair from Sylvania LEDs from Walmart and problem solved. I think they were about $5 a piece but worth it. Much better quality and actually differentiates positive from negative. Meaning it will work only when installed correctly. Never had an issue again.

@@falconator3419 I bought zevo by sylvania and they have a low glow. Before everything was good but just noticed it tonight. Read on the vette forum that's its normal and will stop. We'll see lol
