What an excellent video!! I also have a '23. Wasn't aware of many of the points you highlight. THANK YOU! I was not aware of the Tow hooks (already mentioned), key fob dead battery placement in console, frunk manual release beneath dash... Again, extremely well done!!

Good video with helpful information. I have a 2023 Corvette and have watched many videos of the features but this is the first one that mentioned the tow hooks. Hopefully I'll never need to use them.

The Mulan Leather is a real sheet of leather, they use ground scraps of leather to plug the pores, and make the Mulan leather smooth.

you need to pull the front trunk cable twice, not just harder. listen when you pop it any other way, you hear it click twice. its a safety feature. Oh, and BTW, think from 23 or 24 on, they got rid of the key hole behind the lic. plate. ive seen on at the dealer without a key hole.. mine is a 22, and has one.

You’re absolutely right about both things. I had assumed that the key hole under the plate had not changed and I was definitely wrong. That and the cable.

Great tips! I think tip number 10 has to do with children playing and locking another one inside the front trunk. Car could be at someone’s garage, no adults supervising, and one thing leads to another.

I have a list of all the changes for the 24. New features: 1) 3 new exterior colors (Riptide blue metallic, cacti green, sea wolf gray) 2) 1 new interior color (Artemis & cacti green seat belts) 3) New safety features (follow distance indicator, forward collision alert, lane keep assist, intelliBeam auto high beams, automatic emergency breaking, front pedestrian breaking) 4) power frunk pull down 5) new stripes (wider and 5 new colors) 6) 2 new stingray wheels(5 split spoke satin graphite and sterling silver) 7) rear visible carbon fiber with red stripe wheels for Z06 and E-Ray 8) engine intake now in red 9) visible carbon fiber sill plates 10) visible carbon fiber spoiler Changes: 1) carbon fiber flash metallic now available for all models and trims 2) new infotainments center with Google built in 3) rear camera mirror is now standard on all models 4) performance data recorder now available on on 1LT and 1LZ. 5) engine appearance package carbon fiber 6) convertibles now have an optional window under the tonneau cover 7) engine lighting now available separately 8) visible carbon fiber door intake trim available on all models 9) rear corvette script painted edge red available A couple more changes not really worth mentioning. Deletions: 1) exterior colors (pearl white metallic, caffeine metallic, Elkhart lake blue metallic) 2) 70th anniversary edition 3) a few strip colors 4) 5 trident spoke wheels (sterling silver, spectra gray and chrome wheel locks)

I see there is a button for the trunk in case a child is locked in there, but what if the battery is dead? Is there a pull cable?

What are the chances of ordering convertible C8 ? Considering the strike how long do you think would be the wait time ? I’m in the market to custom order, but I definitely want the FA5 option and I just ready it’s on hold. Thank you

The 2023 C8 does not have the key access behind the license plate.

Napa only comes on the 3LT. The 1LT and 2LT have the Mulan. Unfortunately the Napa is almost guaranteed to shrink or buckle.

Incorrect. Napa is available on the 2LT.

Yeah, I covered that one as well, but I fumbled around and said 3. I still get nervous making these videos. Hopefully one of these days I feel more comfortable in front of the camera and these go smoother. The most I’ve had to reshoot 1 clip was 49 times 😂
