@@deang8910 they wouldn’t have named it a ZR1 if it had electric assist. Plus from the sound, I believe it is turbo charged. In addition, so many pro car reviewers are predicting the same thing

On the Nürburgring you have to stay under a certain decibel limit, so thats why it has funny looking exhaust tips on in order to no get kicked off the track.

They are probably muffling it on purpose to not give it away. I mean the exhausts are pointing down. Pretty sure it will sound much better once they reveal it.

@@87Aquarian This ZR1 and the one that will be released is 100% Twin Turbo. My C8 Z06 is NA and hopefully the ZR1 will have that engine paired with the turbos. Regardless of what engine it comes with, there is no question it is TT

I just hope GM finds a way to make this thing sing and scream! Sounds like nothing for now, ofcourse, cuz it has two poorly considered turbochargers on it, and as Keith Duckworth once said, "Turbochargers are for people who CAN'T BUILD ENGINES!!" This is, without question, going against the GT2RS and the Mustang GTD. Let's see what happens.

It's kinda hard to tell if they're still using the flat or the 6.2 because it appears they have muffled the exhaust to hide exactly which motor is being used. Look at how the exhaust are curved and pointing downward

They have the exhaust pointed down can’t tell what it is. They said they’re only putting flat plane in the Z06 so who knows. I’m disappointed this wider and meaner in front end. I’m guessing they’re saving that for the ZORA. The on,y way to make this corvette cool is to make the front wider and maybe longer like obnoxiously wider like the rear. These Vettes are boring to look at and to drive. All of my friends have sold everyone and my hellcats still beat the ZO6. I’m sticking with the C7 ZR1. It’s the best meanest looking Vette there is. Love that thing. But I’m guessing the Zora if done absolutely crazy looking on this model might be cool and definitely fun but i can’t believe they’re going to come up short on the ZR1🤦♂️

No, it's not. Look at the hood. My theory is the ZR1 is gonna follow the trend of the C7 ZR1 with low spoiler and high spoiler options. They're just gonna recycle the Z06 spoiler for the low spoiler
