@@aniish CAA Bill was first passed on 8th January. As bill was not passed in Rajyasabha and due to dissolution of 16th Loksabha, the Bill lapsed. After formation of 17th Loksabha the Bill was introduced on 9th December 2019 and passed on the midnight of 10th December 2019. That was passed in the Rajyasabha on 11th December 2019.

Result of Assam agitation- CAA 1985-( all who came to Assam before 25th March 1971 became eligible for citizenship of India ). CAA 2019 -( all except muslim who came to India before midnight of 31st December 2014 became eligible for citizenship of India).

But the application is wrong, the refugees should be placed in their right place (Mother land or related land) not disturbing other as like heppening in TRIPURA, the refugees coming from Pakistan should not be placed in Rajasthan or Maharashtra or Refugees coming from Bangladesh should not be placed in Kerala which disturb other and totally wrong.......
