Am i the only one that feels a mix of happiness and sadness listenning to this?

I can't believe 13 years has passed . And this music is still on my memory

(Portuguese version below) I was a kid, about 10 years old or something. I remember that i was at my grandma's house, after dinner my uncle called me to the office and told me to sit in front of the pc. He opened Cabal and logged me in. It was my first only mine account, as i used to play games on his accounts. I created a Blader and started playing. I always liked the Desert, and this was by far my favourite OST. From time to time i come here to listen to this song, it is one my, if not my most, favourite song of all time. I'm 22 years old now, and going through some rough shit in my life. This song hits so hard. I remember being just a kid, no responsibilities, no problems, playing away my time. This song brings so much good memories from a time that feels so distant and i feel so... bad? good? I can't decide. I just wish things to get better, i miss the old times. Eu era moleque, tinha uns 10 anos de idade. Eu lembro de estar na casa da minha avó, e depois do jantar meu tio me chamou e me botou na frente do pc. Ele abriu Cabal e logou minha conta. Foi a minha primeira conta só minha, já que eu jogava nas contas dele. Eu criei um Duelista e comecei a jogar. Eu sempre gostei do Deserto da Lamentação, e essa era minha música preferida. De tempos em tempos eu venho aqui escutar essa música, é uma das, se não a minha mais, preferida música de todos os tempos. Eu tenho 22 anos agora, e to passando por muita merda na minha vida. Essa música me quebra. Eu lembro de ser só um moleque, sem responsabilidades, sem problemas, torrando meu tempo jogando. Essa música me lembra de tantas boas memórias de um tempo que parece tão distante e eu me sinto tão... mal? bom? Eu não consigo decidir. Eu só desejo que as coisas melhorem, eu sinto falta dos velhos tempos.

Out of all the games I've played(which is a lot) Cabal has one of the best soundtrack a game can have.

So relaxing... I'll never forget the atmosphere of this game.

Cabal is one of those rpg games you had played since your childhood that you will never ever forget till this day

28 years now. Crying as this bring back the best memories I ever had, when I lived with my mom and dad, grinding my warrior, back in when I used to live in Brazil, man, there were so many people close to me; and low looking at it, it’s just me. Ah I miss this game

Ahh yess.. my first character, a Blader, was born here. My crush invited me to play this with her during year end (our 1.5months long school holiday), she brought me into this amazing game. We went to so many places together in cabal world, hunt together, die together, chat, even after game. Those worry/responsibility free moments. Why does time have to be so cruel? Please bring us back to where we belonged, at least in our dream.

Ok I don't even know how long it's been since I listened to this .... When I played this game that was litterally the best time I ever had. Every day after school I would just play for hours with all of my friends. Now everyone is busy with stuff and those times ain't coming back... I'm just gonna cry now if you'll excuse me :'(

I only played CABAL a few days, but its music is indelible to me, especially this theme and the Bloody Ice one.

all these memories will never be forgotten no matter how hard we try. thank you for one of the best times i ever had in my life.

2021 and still sounds very good, brings back memories of my childhood. After school i go to play this awesome game for hours and i enjoyed every second of it.

MAXIMUM NOSTALGIA!!!! I felt 8+ years younger when I heard this again recently. I long for the more simple days. I had no idea how good I had it. But hearing this brings it all back even if for just a few moments.

My brother used to play cabal when he was younger, probably around 16yo or something... today he's 28yo and i'm 20. I remember til this day, when i was playing with a Mage and he was a force blader... we tried to play some time ago, but it was not the same, although it was pretty nice to be inside the world we were passing days over and over as children. I miss those times. He was very proud of his char and has it till this day, it was very nice to see him happy because of his progress. He was one of the best players of Mars, but also the best player for me

Now 15 years later this still holds up. They didn't have to go this hard on the background music but they did and I love it. I wish this song would get more recognition as one of the best game soundtrack songs.

I remember playing this when I was 15, that was nearly 15 years ago now. I was part of a guild for LifeTime I think. It was simpler and better days. I remember those I played with, ArcherOfTerra, Mystrix, Shyann, CrushingForce. For those in the founding days of LifeTime of CH20, regards - Lervine I'll never forget this game.

Almost 10 years ago, I played this online game with my friends for the first time. After we graduated from junior high school, we separated and no more playing this game. So coming to this theme music, I could not help recalling these memories. That is CABAL.

Listening to this is very nostalgic! I remember going as a kid to a cyber cafe to play Cabal and then I got to install it in my PC at home. Great times.

About a year ago, this game was my life. I stopped because once i reached 100, there were no real quests to be done apart from dungeons. This game brings back so many nostalgic memories. To my Force shielder Nhymx, you will always be near and dear to my heart. Thank you Cabal. I will be more than happy to join when cabal 2 comes out later on this or next year. Goodbye Nhymx :-(

Memories! gosh! My ex-boyfriend is the one who introduced this game to me way back 2008 and I got addicted. We played this for hours, staying up until 3-4am in the morning.. haha.. best game ever. Love the graphics especially my character, a wizard. But then I got busy and soon, I totally forgot my password and I tried making new ones but nah.. 😌😌😊
