@@pipiluos-hq9cp I don't know who is friend with who or whatsoever, all I know is that it's all wrong and they also cheat and never get blocked while I play by the rules and got an account blocked permanently. I did send many tickets to unblock my account and they claim that I was violating their policies which I never did while others probably do. Maybe they blocked the wrong account by mistake, I can't know. I don't know any way to have direct contact with a gm.

@@archvile1313 i dont know what you did, my ID got blocked so many times too and when i sent a ticket they unblocked my ID and said their system got mistake. ofc i heard somebody is same as your situation too

@@pipiluos-hq9cp They claim I was selling or attempting to sell alz and items for real world currency which I never never and ever talked of in game or whatsoever anywhere. I have absolutely no idea where they claimed this from me. That was their response after they "investigated" my account. All I did during the whole week of the block I still remember was only a few dungeons and chat with friends whom needed help with something, that was it. I really believe they mistook my ID for another one and they won't go back and even check and double check again. I feel sorry for players emptying their bank account for this game, you never know what can happen. As for me I still play on another account (after I made another) but did I lose everything? Of course I did. But I no longer play like I used to, I only do 1-2 dungeons a day that I like at low level, I'm not going to bother going further in this game anymore. Besides, you literally have to live in the game and bankrupt yourself to go far in it and that is my opinion and others might not agree with it but that's exactly the way it is since the mid 2010's.
