In this video, we will make Veg Manchurian which is a very famous Indo-Chinese Appetizer Recipe made in numerous styles. Today's version of this Manchuria is Dry in Restaurant Style, and it's a Cabbage Manchurian.

Ingredients:
Cabbage / Patta Gobi - 2 Cups Grated
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 3 - 4 tbsp
Maida - 3 - 4 tbsp
Oil - to deep fry + 2 tbsp
Garlic Chopped - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 tbsp
Capsicum - few juliennes (optional)
Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Spring Onion Greens - handful
Water - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 1 tsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Handful of Spring Onion Greens to garnish before serving

Hi Chef. Was wanting to add a new recipe in my collection of weekly food so I tried this and it turned out really nice. Actually I am not surprise anymore...haha...since the last 3 recipe I followed turned out well. I adjusted the chilly and tomato sauce and my little girl cant take spicy food. Had a little trouble with making the balls and kept adding flour until moulding was possible. Next time I will dry the cabbage before using a food processor. Anyways...I think my little girl enjoyed it more than everyone else...haha. once again a BIG THANK YOU. Cheers.
