Cabbage Manchurian 😋
➡️ Steps :-
1) In a bowl take 1 cup grated Cabbage, 1 tbsp Spring Onion, 2 chopped green chilli
2) Add 1tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, ½ tsp Pepper powder, 1½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Garam masala, 1 tbsp Cornflour, 1 tbsp Maida, 1 tsp Soy sauce
3) Combine well
4) Take small portions and give a round shape
5) Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
6) In same kadai heat oil. Sauté 1tbsp each Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli
7) Stir fry one small chopped Onion and chopped Capsicum
8) Add ¼ tbsp Pepper powder and ¼ tbsp Salt
9) Add ½tbsp Soy sauce, ½tbsp Red Chilli sauce, green Chilli sauce, 1tbsp Tomato sauce and mix
10) Add 1 tsp Vinegar, ¼ cup Cornflour slurry, ½ cup water
11) Mix until gravy thickens
12) Finally add fried Manchurian balls and chopped spring onion greens
13) Coat well with gravy. And it's done. Enjoy!!
