Fresh cabbage cabbage soup with porcini mushrooms. Traditional Russian cuisine. There are many varieties of cabbage soup in Russian cuisine. Their basis is cabbage and vegetables. Soup broth for three varieties of meat, veal, lamb and poultry. Then cabbage soup becomes even tastier.
Ceps can be used both fresh and dried.
Ingredients per Serving:
1. Bouillon - 250-350 gr
2. Fresh cabbage - 160 gr
3. Potato - 10 gr
4. Carrots -20 gr
5. Onions - 20 gr.
6. Leek - 10 gr
7. Celery root - 10 g
8. Pickled cucumbers - 15 gr
9. Tomato or tomato puree - 15 gr
10. Ceps - 5 gr
11. Garlic - 1.5 g
12. Meat - 65 gr
13. Sour cream - 10 gr
14. Greens
15. Bay leaf
16. Pepper to taste
17. Salt to taste
18. Hot pepper to taste
19. Sugar to taste
20. Brine - 7 gr
