2 tbsp Olive oil
1 medium Onion
1 Carrot
2 lb/900g white cabbage
5-6 Eggs
1 tbsp All purpose Flour (optional) Manchego cheese (optional) Fresh parsley (optional)
Season with Salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Dry Parsley
