📌 INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage - 1 kg
Onion - 1 pc. (200 gr.)
Carrot - 1 pc. (230 gr.)
Eggs - 6 pcs.
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Flour - 1 tbsp. (if necessary)
Dill - a small bunch
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
For sauce:
Walnuts (ground) - 2 tbsp.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
Coriander (ground) - 1 tsp.
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp. or to taste
Water - 80 ml (5 tablespoons)
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste

Очень люблю такие приемы. Именно не рецепты а приемы )) Однажды мы с мужем решили сделать драники - начистили натёрли картошку и... нас срочно пригласили на природу. Муж мой - повар и терять продукт совсем не хотел. выложили мы картошку для драников на сковороду с маслом обильно посолили. Зажарили один большой и толстый драник! Как это вкусно нереально! С тех пор мы картошку Жарим только так на тёрке и в сковороде иногда перемешиваем иногда делаем просто одним большим диском порой добавляем лук-чеснок. Это очень вкусно! Главное - картошка на крупной терке! Пробуйте

Hi. I live north of Chicago, FYI. This looked so good so I saved the video. When I finally made it: I hate dill so used garlic; I had no walnut so used peanut butter. Still - very yummy! Thank you for this. I would never have dreamed of putting these ingredients together for a healthy and unique dish.

I made half the amount with 3 eggs and 500g cabbage, onion and carrot. Enough for 4 people. I grated cheese on the top before serving with oven roasted cherry tomatoes! Delicious.
