1. Combination System
Air blower & water separation table works simultaneously separating copper and plastic. Air system performs primarily and secondary water separator saves little un-recovered copper finally. It maximizes copper recovery rate and in the long run, much more profitable.
Used water is recirculated and just refill when water level goes down. There is no problem of water pollution.
2. Wet System Type -Water
Trembling water works to separate copper and plastic, and water separation table flows chopped cables through on sensitive vibrating table.
More copper recovery rate than air type but recovered coppers should be dried naturally or by force with electric dryer.
3. Air System Type -Air
Air blower works to separate copper and plastic, and minutely controlled air power is high level of technology required.
The system is set simple but a little less recovery of copper.
